Coty is from Summerset WI, so he made the trip to my studio and Minnehaha falls for his Senior Pictures. He is a great guy but I had to work a little to get him to laugh. He has such a nice smile I thought it would be a shame not to capture it.
Jane is another adorable graduating Senior who's photos I took recently. She is actually the little sister of Phil who's Senior photos I took last year. They are both runners and athletes and may even end up at the same college next year. They are both great people, I'm sure their parents are very proud.
We had a blast with Molly's Senior pictures! She is such a well-rounded girl who is part tomboy/jock but also has a girly side. But the photos speak for themselves, she is beautiful and silly and so much fun! We actually did a "double" session taking advantage of a few different locations, so enjoy the long post.
I'm starting off my High School Senior Portraits this year with an awesome Senior named Kelsey. She goes to De La Salle High School in Minneapolis so we decided to take photos around the school and St. Anthony Main where it's located. Kelsey is extremely smart and unique and I can tell she is going to accomplish big things in the future!
When we decided where it go for Phil's Senior Pictures, it seemed like a great idea to go to the Como Lakeside Pavilion which is very close to his families home. Phil actually runs cross country right through this park... we got him to slow down briefly to take a few photos.
All of Sara's Senior Pictures we took at her home in Lake Elmo, even the lake is a stone's throw from their house. Talk about a great place to grow up! I have always wanted a tree house and when I saw theirs I wanted to climb it immediately. We may have risked our lives a bit for those photos, but luckily it is still holding and we got some great shots.
I have so much respect for Billy, not only because he's such a cool kid (and he likes Atmosphere), but also because he was such a great sport while taking his senior photos. As I'm sure there were about 8 million other things he would have rather been doing, he was so patient the whole time. Billy's mom Julie is a photographer in her own right, so we had a great time searching out locations to shoot. Julie is an amazing person as well, Find out more about her story and see some photos that I took of their family earlier this year.
Another awesome Senior Session! Elizabeth was such a delight to photograph because her true beauty comes through in her photographs. She is unique and so sweet, not to mention gorgeous!
I was so glad that Lauren made the trip up from Des Moines to Minneapolis for her Senior Photo session. We had a great time running around the city modeling cute outfits. I forgot how much fun Senior sessions are! Lauren, I love the Juno shot:)
