I wanted to share few favorites from my recent Photo Session with the Kalnite family.  What a beautiful family they are!

My first photographs of the Welk family were when Owen was still in his mom's belly.  Now he is an adorable and busy little toddler.  We had fun playing in the sandbox, riding bikes and (the best part of fall) playing in the leaves!

cannon river ranches

We took Laura and Dan's Engagement photos at her families property 'Cannon River Ranches' in River Falls Wisconsin.  It is such a perfect place, it's always suprising to me that this scenery is not far from "the cities".  Everyone involved was so great including the horses and their dog Honey.  I'm looking forward to their wedding in May!

I recently spent a beautiful fall morning with the Schmit family.  We hung out first at their home and Charlie was especially happy to show his room and toys.  I love the first photo of Charlie and Amelia sitting together, so sweet.

I always have fun with the Lorinser family, because they are so easy going and fun.  We took advantage of the nice day exploring around Stillwater and the pumpkin patch.

jocelyn and dustin's wedding

Jocelyn and Dustin were married at the Landscape Arboretum in Chaska with the reception held at the Westin in Edina.  There is nothing quite like getting married in the middle of a lush garden on a sunny day with bright blue skies.  Being that they currently live in Hawaii, I thought the vibrant colors and everyone's fun and easy going attitude was a reflection of who they are together.  Even in the face of loss, these families support and love each other so incredibly much, it was really cool to see.  Thank you Jocelyn and Dustin for letting me share in your wedding day.
