We're so excited that the sign for our studio space is finally done!  The sign was installed this weekend but we're still waiting for the lights.  The space almost complete... more photos to come soon!

santa fe continued...

Here are a few of my favorite photos from my week in Santa Fe.  My class was called "Location Lighting with Joe McNally".   My goal with these photos is too explore different qualities of light (natural and artificial) and use them intentionally in the locations that I found and thought were interesting.  Click here for a few other photos from the week.  Click here to see photos from last years class.

This is the first time that I met the Peterson family and they so graciously welcomed me into their home.  Brennan is five years old and Brady is one year and it was so sweet to see how they play together as brothers.  You can tell they have a lot of fun as a family.

return to santa fe

I recently spent a week in Santa Fe New Mexico to take another class at the Santa Fe Workshops.  The Class was called 'Location Lighting with Joe McNally'.  Joe is a world renown photographer and while his knowledge is priceless, he is also one of the most fun people to hang out with.  It was an intense and exhausting week, but as photography always feels to me, it was more like play than work.   We did make sure to fit in a little fun outside of class, these are a few photos while checking out the city.  I will post more photos from the actual class soon...

love story

I had such a fun time with Anastasia and Brad taking their engagement photos (thanks for having a great sense of humor guys)!  They are an awesome couple with an inspirational love story.  I feel honored that I get to capture their wedding for them at the end of the month!

        

welcome home

I was honored to photograph the Lorinser family as they welcomed home their second baby girl into the family.  I love the look on Avery's face when her mom was paying a little more attention to the baby than her.  But you could tell she was very proud to be a big sister and they will soon be playing and rooting for the New Jersey Devils together!
